Taylor is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.

He represents national and regional clients.

Taylor is a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary M. Johnston of the Superior Court of Delaware. He gained valuable experience working on cases filed in the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD), which was created to handle complex Delaware business disputes.

In law school, Taylor served as senior articles editor of the Journal of Civil Rights and Social Justice and completed a legal externship with the US Department of Justice—Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section. He also gained experience as a legal intern with the US Department of Justice—Tax Division, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and the US Air Force JAG Corps.
