Shane L. O'Connor

Shane is an associate with the Commercial Law Counseling group.

His practice focuses on partnership, limited liability company and statutory trust law, as well as administrative law, government entities and regulation, and unclaimed property.

Shane served as a Wolcott Fellow to the Honorable Chief Justice Collins J. Seitz Jr. of the Supreme Court of Delaware during his final year of law school. He was also an articles editor for The Delaware Journal of Corporate Law and a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society.

He also gained valuable experience as a legal intern at an accounting firm during law school.
