Noah is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.

He represents national and regional clients.

In law school, Noah served on the editorial board of the Penn State Law Review.

Prior to obtaining his law degree, Noah worked as a regulatory analyst in the Pennsylvania Office of Consumer Advocate, an independent state office within the Office of Attorney General that represents the interests of Pennsylvania utility consumers. He gained experience drafting testimony and researching legal and financial filings in connection with rate case proceedings.

He also served as an infantryman in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard from 2015 to 2021.
