Lauren Finnell

Lauren is an associate with the Corporate Counseling group.

Her practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.

While in law school, Lauren served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Ferris Wharton in the Delaware Superior Court. She also completed a legal externship at a dispute resolution organization, was an editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal, and volunteered as a student advocate at an immigration justice clinic.

A student leader, Lauren participated in the Women’s Law Student Association and the Wisconsin Moot Court Board. She was president of the Hen Law Society during her undergraduate studies at the University of Delaware.
