Kevin Fiss

Kevin is an associate with the Corporate Counseling group.

His practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.

While in law school, Kevin served as vice president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and worked as a teaching assistant in two courses. He also participated in the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, teaching a year-long high school course in constitutional law. Additionally, he served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Charles J. Cunningham III in the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania.

Prior to entering law school, Kevin worked as a financial institution intern for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC).
