Kevin (Bo) Beaugez
Bo is an associate with the Commercial Law Counseling Group.
His practice focuses on partnership, limited liability company and statutory trust law, as well as administrative law, government entities and regulation.
Bo frequently works with fund sponsors on the formation and governance of private equity funds, including advice on limited partnership agreements, subscription agreements, management agreements and investor side letters.
He also has experience representing borrowers on debt financings, including credit facilities, collateralized loan obligations, acquisition financings, note offerings and receivables financings.
In his commercial transactions practice, Bo advises Delaware alternative entities on internal governance in the course of internal reorganizations, mergers, dissolutions and transfers.
Before joining Morris Nichols, Bo gained valuable experience working as an advisory consultant for a Big Four accounting firm. He advised clients on audit readiness and financial controls, which informs the governance and transactional aspects of his practice.
