Jake A. Rauchberg

Jake is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.

His practice focuses on restructuring and bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Jake served as a law clerk to the Honorable Patricia M. Mayer of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

While in law school, Jake served as articles editor for the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal. He also participated in the Kessler-Eidson Trial Techniques (NITA) program and was a member of the Jewish Law Students Association. Jake gained experience throughout law school as an extern and intern with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the US Merit System Protection Board, and the New Jersey Superior Court Law Division.
