Grace E. Venit

Grace is an associate with the Corporate Counseling Group.

Her practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.

While in law school, Grace was a judicial intern for the Honorable David R. Strawbridge in the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and a teaching assistant for legal research and writing courses.

She participated in the Temple Legal Aid Office’s Family Law Litigation Clinic and served as a staff editor and note/comment editor for Temple Law Review.
