Evan Miller

Evan is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.

His practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.

Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Evan gained bankruptcy court experience working as a term law clerk from 2023-2026. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary F. Walrath in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and to the Honorable Robert J. Faris in the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawaii.

In law school, he was a judicial extern to the Honorable Brian T. Fenimore in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri.
