Elaine McCabe

Elaine is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.

She represents national and regional clients.

Elaine served as a law clerk in the Maryland Office of the Attorney General. While at Georgetown University Law Center, Elaine received the Special Pro Bono Pledge Recognition as a result of her work as a student attorney, where she represented low-income clients who faced pending eviction cases. She also served as the chair of the Alumni Initiatives Committee.

Prior to starting law school, Elaine supported a former Maryland US representative for more than three years as a press and digital media intern and campaign manager.
