Echo is an associate with the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group.

She focuses on corporate restructuring and financing transactions. She has advised borrowers and private equity sponsors in a variety of financing transactions, including first and second lien credit facilities, middle market and large cap financings, cross-border acquisition financings, and debt restructuring transactions.

Prior to joining Morris Nichols, she gained valuable experience as a banking and finance associate at a prominent New York law firm.

In law school, Echo served as the programming and community chair of Harvard Law School’s Coalition of International Students and Global Affairs, and she also served a student attorney in the Housing Law Clinic.

She is a native Mandarin speaker and served as a Chinese language teaching fellow in Harvard University’s Department of East Asian Languages and Civilizations. She is also qualified to practice in the People’s Republic of China.
