Clint is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.

His broad-based corporate restructuring and bankruptcy experience includes chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings representing creditors and other parties in interest.

Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Clint was an associate in the restructuring group at other major law firms in New York.

In law school, he completed a judicial internship with the Honorable Martin Glenn, Chief Judge of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.

Not yet admitted in Delaware.
