Cicely Berzack

Cicely is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.

Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.

Cicely gained experience as a judicial intern to the Honorable Adriane Marblestein-Deare in the District of Columbia Superior Court while in law school. She also served as articles editor of the Administrative Law Review, participated as a student attorney in American University’s Gender Justice Clinical Program, and was secretary of the Education Law Society.
