Carmen is an associate with the Corporate Counseling Group.

Her practice focuses on corporate governance issues involving the Delaware General Corporation Law.

While in law school, Carmen served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Juan R. Sánchez in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as an intern at a global media and technology company.

As a participant in Temple Law’s Japan Study Abroad Program, she worked in Tokyo as an intern for an international law firm.

Carmen also gained legal experience prior to law school as a legal assistant at a New York law firm.
