Ben is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.

He represents national and regional clients.

Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Ben gained valuable experience as a law clerk to the Honorable Denis P. Cohen of the First Judicial District of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas.

He has also worked as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland and the Maryland Office of the Public Defender’s Howard County Office.

During law school, Ben served as an executive online editor of the Boston College Law Review, represented indigent clients as a Massachusetts SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney at the Boston College Legal Services LAB Civil Litigation Clinic, and was the Co-Chair of the Law Student Association Sports Committee.
