Autumn K. Mueller

Autumn is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.

Her practice focuses on corporate restructuring and bankruptcy.

During law school, Autumn gained court experience as a Wolcott Fellow to Vice Chancellor Fioravanti and Senior Magistrate Molina in the Delaware Court of Chancery. She also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Eric Davis in the Delaware Superior Court, Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD).

Autumn served as senior staff editor of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, participated in alternative dispute resolution competitions and the Real Estate Student Association, and was honored to be selected as a John F. Schmutz Corporate and Business Law Institute Fellow and Academic Success Fellow.
