Anne Grae is an associate with the Trusts & Estates/Private Client group.

Her practice focuses on advising individuals, institutional fiduciaries, private wealth managers, and their counsel on matters involving Delaware trusts and estates.

Anne Grae is a member of the Delaware State Bar Association’s Estates and Trusts Section. She serves as contributor on Delaware law developments to Thomson Reuters’ Practical Law guide on Estate Tax.

While in law school, Anne Grae served as managing editor of the Federal Communications Law Journal. At law school graduation, she was recognized as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar.

She has volunteered as a student attorney with the GW Family Justice Litigation Clinic and served as a leadership fellow with the DC Bar Family Law Committee. Prior to law school, she gained legal industry experience working as a paralegal and completed a legal internship with the Superior Court of Delaware.
