New District of Delaware Filing & Service Deadline

Effective September 1, 2022, the deadline for filing and service of documents in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware will move to 5:00 p.m. ET from the current deadline of 6:00 p.m. ET.  The change pertains to all documents (including, but not limited to, motions, briefs, appendices, and discovery) other than initial pleadings.
