Morris Nichols partner Dan Matthews will serve as faculty and co-present the concluding session, “Crisis Management, Tough Judgment Calls and Legal Ethics Considerations in Representing Emerging Growth Companies” during the Practising Law Institute’s annual full day program, Venture Capital: Nuts and Bolts, in San Francisco and via live webcast. Discussion topics include navigating inevitable conflicts of interest: representing both the company and an investor, understanding crisis management: advising the board and investors, and following best practices for navigating potential legal ethics pitfalls.

This program, scheduled for May 9, is a reprise catering to West Coast audiences, following a- session for East Coast audiences presented on April 9.
