The Practising Law Institute hosts their annual full-day program, Venture Capital: Nuts and Bolts, on April 9, 2024.

Morris Nichols partner Jeff Wolters serves as faculty and co-presents the closing session, “Crisis Management, Tough Judgment Calls and Legal Ethics Considerations in Representing Emerging Growth Companies.” Discussion topics include navigating inevitable conflicts of interest: representing both the company and an investor, understanding crisis management: advising the board and investors, and following best practices for navigating potential legal ethics pitfalls.

This April 9 program is geared toward East Coast audiences. It will be reprised on the West Coast on May 9, 2024.

CLE opportunities are available. For more information, visit the PLI registration page.
