PLI’s Secured Transactions 2021: What Lawyers Need to Know About UCC Article 9
The Practising Law Institute hosts a day-long webcast on secured transactions. Morris Nichols partner Tarik Haskins serves as faculty and presents in the afternoon session, “UCC Article 9: Common, Uncommon and Special Collateral Types and Anti-Assignment Clause Overrides.”
The three-part panel will focus on liens on assets commonly owned by individuals, laws which affect liens on LLC and limited partnership interests and anti-assignment clause overrides, and control under the UCC.
