The Practising Law Institute hosts a day-long program on secured transactions on January 11, 2017 in New York City. Morris Nichols partner Tarik Haskins serves as faculty and presents in the morning session, “The Filing System, Equity Interests and Anti-Assignment Clause Overrides under Article 9.” This two-part program will focus on the filing system and LLC and limited partnership interests as collateral and anti-assignment clause overrides.
