NYU School of Law Roundtable: Poison Pills After Williams Cos.

On Tuesday, April 29, 2022, the Institute for Corporate Governance & Finance (ICGF) of the NYU School of Law hosts a full-day roundtable program focused on “Poison Pills After Williams Cos.”

Morris Nichols partner Bill Lafferty speaks on the panel, “Delaware Pill Doctrine Post-Williams,” moderated by ICGF co-director Edward Rock.
