Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher joins the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) on Thursday, September 4, 2025 for a live virtual presentation from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm ET on trust planning with beneficiary well-being in mind.

Todd’s presentation, “Trust Planning with Beneficiary Well-Being in Mind: How Advisers Can Help Prepare the Next Generation for Inherited Wealth,” discusses how traditional planning tools can improve beneficiary well-being and how to use the new statute to help clients prepare future generations for inherited wealth.

Todd holds the designation of Accredited Estate Planner® (AEP®) by the National Association of Estate Planners & Councils (NAEPC) and was inducted into the NAEPC Estate Planning Hall of Fame in 2023.
