ABA Business Law Section's, LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities 2012 LLC Institute

Louis Hering, Morris Nichols Commercial Law Counseling Group partner, will serve as Program Chair and will speak on the featured panel entitled Drafting LLC Opinion Letters at the ABA Business Law Section’s, LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities 2012 LLC Institute, October 18-19, 2012, in Arlington, VA.

The panel will discuss enforceability, due issuance, membership, authority, formation and other standard LLC closing opinions issues under Delaware law, the two TriBar LLC Reports, the laws of other major commercial jurisdictions, the Revised Uniform Limited Liability Company Act and the Revised Prototype Limited Liability Company Act.
