Kansas City Estate Planning Symposium

The Kansas City Estate Symposium will host their estate planning event virtually and in-person in Kansas City. Todd Flubacher will present, “Directed Trusts in Today’s Fiduciary World.” The session will provide an overview of directed trusts and the planning opportunities that are available with a directed trust structure. Todd will compare various approaches to directed trust statutes, including the Uniform Trust Code and Uniform Directed Trust Act, and discuss relevant case law, drafting tips, direction letters and administration.
