FOX Trustees and Beneficiaries Workshop

Family Office Exchange (FOX) presents a virtual Trustees and Beneficiaries Workshop from September 30 to October 1, 2025. This program is designed to equip trustees and beneficiaries with tools to strengthen their relationships and gain a deeper understanding of their respective roles, responsibilities, and potential risks.

Morris Nichols Trusts & Estates partner Todd Flubacher co-presents with James E. Hughes Jr. at the opening session, “A Discussion on Beneficiary Well-Being,” on Wednesday, October 1 at 10:15 am CT. The session examines how trusts and trustees can support beneficiary well-being, including the value of implementing programs that foster beneficiary education. The discussion will also highlight Delaware’s new Beneficiary Well-Being Statute.
