Morris Nichols Business Reorganization & Restructuring partner Eric Schwartz will serve as a panel speaker for When Creditors Overreach:  Tales of Bad Faith at the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI) Mid-Atlantic Bankruptcy Workshop, August 4-6, 2011 in Hershey, Pennsylvania.

Eric’s panel will discuss Allegheny, DSBD, et al.; motive vs. modus when acquiring claims; and email and other evidentiary pitfalls. Among the distinguished panelists joining Eric are, Thomas Allen, Allen, Kuehnle, Stovall & Neumann LLP, Karen Bifferato, Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP, Laurie Selber Silverstein, Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP and Irving E.
