DSBA: Delaware Corporate Council 2023

On September 12, 2023, the Delaware State Bar Association’s Corporations Law Council sponsors a CLE program at the DSBA Conference Center in Wilmington with two panel discussions.

Morris Nichols corporate litigator Lauren Neal will speak on the first panel, “Delaware Court of Chancery Process and Corporate Law Update: A Conversation with Practitioners and Vice Chancellor Sam Glasscock, III and Magistrate in Chancery Bonnie W. David.”

Morris Nichols corporate counseling partner Jim Honaker will speak on the second panel titled, “Part II: The 2023 Amendments: Their Purpose and Impact.” Jim is a member of the Council of the Corporation Law Section.
