DSBA DEI Program: Beyond the Mission Statement

On February 28, the Delaware State Bar Association’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee will host a panel discussion between DEI directors, coordinators, and committee chairs of some of the largest firms in Delaware.

Morris Nichols partner and diversity committee chair Tarik Haskins will join the session titled “Beyond the Mission Statement” as a speaker.

Panelists will share what diversity means to them and their firm, discuss the role of a designated DEI coordinator in firms, and explore how to build an environment where all voices are heard.
