Common Delaware Law Pitfalls for In-House Counsel

Morris Nichols partner Jeffrey R. Wolters will speak on Common Delaware Law at the 53rd Annual Corporate Counsel Institute in Chicago, IL. Hosted by Northwestern University School of Law, the program will take place Oct. 2-3, 2014.

As a participant on the panel discussion, “Common Delaware Law Pitfalls for In-House Counsel”, Wolters will provide commentary on deal risk for public and private companies arising from non-compliance with Delaware law and explore technical pitfalls in board and stockholder actions, stock issuances, and option grants.
