American Law Institute Continuing Legal Education (CLE) has announced the return of Executive Compensation: Strategy, Design, and Implementation, an annual conference for legal counsel, advisors, human resource professionals, and experienced practitioners to keep current with the rapid changes in executive compensation.

Registrants for the two-day program held June 8 to 9, 2017 will hear from an experienced faculty of current and former government, business, and technical experts who will examine the diverse aspects of compensation issues from the legal, tax, accounting, and business perspectives and how they evolve to meet changing business needs.

Morris Nichols partner Andy Johnston serves as faculty and will present “A Primer on Delaware Corporate Law for Compensation Specialists and the Latest Delaware Cases” on Thursday afternoon.
