ACTEC 2015 Annual Meeting

Morris Nichols partner Todd A. Flubacher will speak at the 2015 Annual Meeting of The American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) on March 7 and 8, 2015 in Marco Island, Fla.  His presentation, “Controlling from the Grave: Is Flexibility a Good Thing?” will explore the issues related to drafting trust instruments for flexibility and provide an overview of trust modification strategies.
