The Association of Corporate Counsel New York City Chapter will host a full-day CLE program on May 18, 2016.  Morris Nichols partner David Harris will join CSC director Kristina Koehler-Coluccia to present the session, “Holding Companies for Asian Investments - Are They Still Relevant?”

The program will look at a comparison of the typical holding jurisdictions utilized for inbound investment into Asia - including Delaware - and look at the most up-to-date company formation, corporate compliance and tax considerations one needs to know when operating in any one of the most common holding jurisdictions.
