The panel titled “The Head-On Collision of 23andMe and Data Privacy” explores the intersection of data privacy laws and bankruptcy practice when a consumer data company such as 23andMe enters financial distress. Panelists will discuss the legal and practical challenges of handling sensitive, data-heavy assets in restructurings and liquidations.
