39th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate and Securities Law Institute

From April 11-12, 2019, the Northwestern Pritzker School of Law hosts the 39th Annual Ray Garrett Jr. Corporate & Securities Law Institute in Chicago, IL. The conference presents private practitioners and corporate counsel with insights on current securities and corporate law issues and developments.

Morris Nichols partner Susan Waesco serves as a commentator in the “Mock Argument: Minority Stockholders, Creditors, and Controllers” on April 12. The Honorable Sam Glasscock III of the Delaware Court of Chancery will preside over the program.
