2023 ABA Business Law Section Annual Meeting

From September 7-9, 2023, the American Bar Association hosts their hybrid Business Law Section Annual Meeting in Chicago.

Morris Nichols partner Tarik Haskins will chair the “Delaware Case Law Update” program at 10am on Thursday, September 7, presented by the LLCs, Partnerships and Unincorporated Entities Committee. Also on Thursday, Tarik will speak on the panel, “Good Faith and Fair Dealing: Can the Covenant Really Be Breached?” at 2pm, presented by the Business and Corporate Litigation Committee.

Jeff Wolters will speak at the Angel Venture Capital Subcommittee meeting of the Private Equity and Venture Capital Committee Thursday, September 7 at 2:30pm.
