2016 Delaware Bench & Bar Conference

The Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, in conjunction with the Federal Circuit Bar Association, will host the 2016 Delaware Bench & Bar Conference in Wilmington, Del., from May 19-20. The two-day conference features appellate, district and bankruptcy judges from around the United States as well as nationally recognized practitioners from both the public and private sectors.

On Friday, May 20, Morris Nichols partner Curtis Miller moderates the bankruptcy session, "Oil & Gas Issues in Bankruptcy Law."
