Zi-Xiang is an associate with the Corporate & Business Litigation Group. Her litigation practice involves corporate and commercial disputes, primarily before the Delaware Court of Chancery and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
She was included in the inaugural edition of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch for her work in commercial litigation and corporate law.
In law school, Zi-Xiang was a Giles-Rich-Stoner Scholar and served as Articles & Commentaries Editor of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law & Public Policy. She also served as a chair of the Moot Court Board, leader in the Asian Law Students Association, and volunteer in the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program.
