Taylor is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice.
She also has experience in intellectual property litigation, where she gained valuable experience in many phases of patent litigation including fact discovery, motions practice, and trial.
While in law school, Taylor participated in George Washington University Law School’s International Human Rights Clinic where she engaged in the practice of international human rights law and advocacy, focusing on the global relationship between freedom of speech and net neutrality. She also volunteered her time with GW’s Street Law program where she spoke with detained youth about their Fourth Amendment rights.

Morris Nichols serves as lead counsel to Impresa Aerospace, a tier-one supplier to Boeing and other commercial and defense aviation companies. In December 2020, the Delaware Bankruptcy Court approved the going concern sale of Impresa’s business and assets, and on April 28, 2021 confirmed Impresa’s chapter 11 plan.
