Grant is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation practice.
He represents national and regional clients.
Prior to joining Morris Nichols, Grant gained valuable experience as a judicial law clerk for the Complex Commercial Litigation Division (CCLD) of the Superior Court of Delaware.
While in law school, Grant served as executive editor of Law & Contemporary Problems and as a member of the Duke Law Innocence Project.
