Dan is an associate with the Corporate & Commercial Litigation group.
He focuses on business litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery, Superior Court CCLD, Supreme Court, and District Court, including expedited and non-expedited cases and appeals.
He works collaboratively with experienced litigation teams on corporate and commercial matters, including matters involving mergers and acquisitions, fiduciary duties, securities violations, commercial contract interpretation, advancement and indemnification, and books and records demands, among other matters.
His experience covers all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings and related pleading-stage motions and briefing; managing fact and expert discovery, including written discovery, document discovery, depositions, meet-and-confers, and discovery motions; managing pre-trial preparations; assisting with trial presentations, including preparing witnesses; managing appeals and draft appeal briefs; assisting in negotiation of settlements, including class action and derivative settlements; and conducting legal research.
