Brett is an associate with the Bankruptcy & Restructuring group.
Before joining Morris Nichols, Brett served as a law clerk to the Honorable Kevin R. Huennekens of the US Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of Virginia. In law school, Brett served as the managing editor of the Maryland Law Review and was awarded first place in the school’s case note "Write-on" competition. He was also a semifinalist in the Morris Brown Myerowitz Moot Court Competition. At graduation, he received a William P. Cunningham Award for exceptional achievements and service to the law school.
