Executive Compensation 2019: Strategy, Design, and Implementation
The American Law Institute hosts “Executive Compensation 2019: Strategy, Design, and Implementation” from June 20 to 21, 2019 in New York City. The program focuses on the prospects for use of digital assets as compensation; whether (and when) the SEC is likely to complete its Dodd-Frank Act compensation-related rulemaking, and the growing influence of institutional investors on executive pay and disclosure issues.
Morris Nichols partner Andy Johnston will co-present in the June 20 session, “Director Compensation Litigation and other Delaware Compensation Concerns,” at 1:30 p.m. EDT.
The ALI program is available live in New York City and via webcast. CLE opportunities are available. For more information and to register, visit the ALI CLE website.
