On October 25, Morris Nichols partner Todd Flubacher will speak in the session, “‘You Got It’ - Divided Trusteeship: Perspectives on the draft Uniform Directed Trust Act.” Led by Professor Robert Sitkoff, chair of the drafting committee, the panel will discuss the draft Uniform Directed Trust Act and the differing approaches across the states.
Morris Nichols senior counsel Don Parsons participates in the October 26 ethics session, “‘Private Eyes’ - Attorney Client Privilege in the Trust World.” Panelists will discuss attorney client privilege as it applies to the trust industry.
